Hello me loves, hopefully you all had a lovely weekend!:)
I sure had one. Thankfully my weekend wasn't booked for any hosting or event job, so I was really able to have some well-deserved R&R with friends and at home. Sometimes its definitely best to just spend the weekend that way! What were YOU up to?
So there.. I just wanted to show you this incredible find that I had in the thrift shop a week ago--this McCartney-ish creme blazer, which fits like a dream. Yeah, I know that graphic tees are dated, but I thought that I should at least give this "I LOVE THE NIGHTLIFE" tee one last outing before I officially register it in the dump file... after all I totally lived in this shirt when it was still in vogue. har har har.
Wearing a vintage creme blazer (thrifted), "I Love the Nightlife" tee from Onion Laundry, House of Denim distressed mini, and Diesel lace-up sneakers
I'm an advocate for impeccable tailoring, and by all means this blazer is no exemption.. I particularly enjoy the shoulder pad detail and the seamless way it falls like that.. it adds a tasteful finish to any outfit, even streetish ones like this. Perfect really, for those casual days.
I do apologize for the messy hair and for the poses. I was playing around with my camera's self timer, plus I just wanted to do something "au naturelle" for a change, so meaning sans make-up, and sans combing... totally loved and enjoyed the end result.:)
Before I cap things off, I'd like to thank Emily of Deranged, My Love for giving me an incredible award. You are fantastic, yourself! Be passing on awards in my next post. Again, much, much love to all of you.:)
