I'd like to start off by sending a late hats-off to all the hardworking, fabulous mommies out there-- belated Happy Mothers Day!:) These days, I'm getting a lot of suggestions (some scarily serious ones, haha) that I ought to be planning on motherhood soon since I'm of "ripe" age. I don't think it's written in the stars for me anytime soon (I hope, haha), and theres already a lot of style blogger moms out there who truly have their A-game on... let's leave it to them for now, haha.
I just wanted to share this quick OOTD of something I wore to head out with a friend last week. Of all the spring trends this year that I encountered, I think the mod trend for spring 2013 really appeals to the minimalist in me. Simple silhouettes, a lot of blacks and whites, and neutrals that are a bit above the ordinary--sounds like something I can totally get into.
It's amazing to note how I found this interesting grid-print shift dress at the Maze Hipzone in Ayala Center Cebu, of all places - the outlet is just chocked full of on-trend gems that I couldn't even find in any other store. I couldn't believe some of the items I got! Very recently, I got the chance to collaborate with the Maze Hipzone for a sort of "image overhaul" project. I'll let you in on the details and the results a bit later on, but I'm telling you, they've got a lot of fashion planned for the Cebuanos. Exciting times!
