As I have mentioned in a post ages ago, me and Yves got to collaborate with Topshop to put together an editorial-type shoot which served as a trend forecast of their current pieces at the time. We both decided that we wanted a far departure from the usual hip, young London high-street look that is synonymous to Topshop and just take it to a totally different direction. We were both very inspired by sultry Mexican imagery and their hardworking people so we went with that. We wanted to fashion looks that were less fanciful and more utilitarian. We also agreed to have the girls wear Frida Kahlo braids. Lurve! The goat in the first picture even cooperated. Ang saya lang! Really proud of how the looks went and the shoot went really smoothly. Couldn't ask for a better team to work with!
