MYOH @5: A CARNIVAL OF COLORS

Make Your Own Havaianas 2010 came, saw and conquered, but this time with bolder selections and more vibrant colours. The fun was in the choosing indeed as Cebuano Havaianaticos browsed through welcome additions such as neon and glow-in-the-dark straps and crazier pins. And what better way to enjoy MYOH than with the company of your friends? Going through all the choices with my girls was absolutely fun, and it was interesting to note how we all mixed and matched soles and straps reflective of our own personalities-- I chose the lovely all black pair with the commemorative sole (above). Whoever said that your inner individuality can't shine through with flip-flops was wrong, of course.:)
With much love and appreciation to Jaja Chiongbian-Rama and April Rama of BigSeed Media, as well as Leanne Florendo and Aimil Sarmiento of A.L. Amizade Mktg (the exclusive distributor of Havaianas in this part of the country) for the amazing invites :)
